Some Tips to get over Boredom
To decrease the boredom what one needs to do is; be busy!
Be busy in yourself independent of any other person or any situation/condition.
Those who have a daily routine and knows what to do next are less bored than those who spend their time mostly on internet and entertainment..
Think about it..
You are a school going kid, so you have a mandatory routine, but what next? You grow up go to office and have a mandatory routine, but what if it is not there?
What will you do?
Now a days due to pandemic people are forced to stay at home, their routine…school/office all went topsy-turvy.
Some day went by feeling free from school offices…and some more days went by in becoming chef 😊 and feeling great to get to spend time with family..
But again what next?
There is a time people get bored of internet, WhatsApp, chatting apps etc.
Today my internet is down and I am like what to do?
So routine is necessary to overcome all.
A routine that can be found in some retired people. For example, I know someone who is retired, but getup early, do his things, read news, eat on time, and is busy in something or the other..
I am impressed..
So guys and girls…Make a routine. Get up early, Exercise, Study anything related to your field…Clean.. your room, house, yourself :) ..eat well
Work towards your dreams…The future - your future- what you see in your future? how you see yourself in this earth!!..
Be very clear and specific in this.
Work for it. Every single day, every single moment…
Live with awareness not mindlessly… but mindfully.
Have fun with people around you..no virtual fun, real fun, real jokes, with people around you.
Call people who are near to you but far away currently…Call and speak… real Talk!
Make a daily routine one day before, what task you will finish next day, and check that next day end..
Try to stick to your decided routine. It will increase your will power.
Will power is very important for a human being, and it has to be strong by daily practice.
Also do your prayers, be content, happy in whatever you have currently, and at the end of the day, sleep peacefully by thanking God!
